The organisation of the Gothic Metal Palace has announced today the cancellation of the festival coming weekend.
As a direct result our show on the 20th of June will not be followed through.

To break the long silence and make sure we do not wait another month to bring you any news, a few newsfacts have been gathered and are presented to you today.
Shows.
It might be a long time away at the moment, but that gets better everyday: Sephyros is going to play on Friday, September 4th, 2009 (!!) at the Feesttent in Veenwouden (nl) with Action in DC and Up The Irons.
And a little closer in time-space, June 7th in Walhalla, Deventer with Galanor and Wings of Fury.

Always great to know that everybody has a face, Sephyros is finally able to show you the beautiful image of Paul Keuning modified to fit the less fortunate of us.
Sephyros has added photographs: So What, Gouda, by Sardjana. And while digging through the archives a few pictures were found behind some boxes. So these, taken way back in 2006 at Poppodium Romein, contributed by Jeroen Dekker have finally been added to our albums.

We are pleased to announce Paul Keuning, in some circles also known as Paulus Priest, as our new bass player.
The stand-in has become permanent.
To be truly honest, even we have to admit that his hair is better looking than the man himself. It really is a must see that for yourself. Even should his musical contribution to the band be lousy at best, the looks of the group get a tremendous thrust in the right direction.
We think that the first impression looks very promising and hope we can hold on to Paul for a while.
Wish the guy luck and pray for him, that we be gentle with him; he doesn’t have a clue yet to what he got himself into.

Hear ye, hear ye. For those who were wondering why we are playing concerts without having a bassplayer; for now we have to accept the fact that we simply have not yet found a fresh one, but we have been blessed with a lesser known type of musician: the stand-in bassplayer.
Within the last few weeks our stand-in Paul Keuning did an outstanding job of mastering our songs.
He also turned out to fit perfectly in the band and became a really good friend for all of us.
We want to thank Paul Keuning for jumping in and officially welcome him as our new stand-in bassplayer.
